In-Home & Community Support
Services
ODP - Pennsylvania
Personalized Support for Independent Living
Our In-Home and Community Support services are designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live meaningful, independent lives—at home and in the community—through Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).
These services provide personalized, one-on-one support based on each individual's goals, strengths, and needs. Support can take place in the person's home, workplace, or throughout the community, helping them build skills, maintain independence, and stay connected to the people and activities that matter most.
Person-Centered Care
All services are person-centered and goal-driven, aligned with the individual's Individual Support Plan (ISP)
We were closely with families, support coordinators, and other team members
